The Roommate From Hell
It's been called "The Greatest Story Ever Told", which might be a bit of a stretch, but it's still one of the best I've read in a long time.
It's a little long, but definitely worth the time.
I saw it originally on the Something Awful Forums, but it's very time consuming to sort through all the comments, so the first link is to the comments of only the original poster.
